CDN Strategy
With significant shifts in workforce and demographics, and against a backdrop of a rapidly changing media environment and a new legislative landscape, the CDN steering committee agreed that the development of a clear diversity road map was now crucial for the CDN. This will help to direct and shape priorities and action for the next 2 to 3 years.
Factors such as the merger of the CDN with the BCIDN, as well as the gradual broadening of the CDN agenda to consider the full breadth of diversity, were also key factors in the timing of this development.

The CDN is a forum, paid for by its member bodies. Its role is to convene and facilitate members to work together to promote, celebrate and share good practice across the industry.
